Paint - Water based

In general wash immediately with cold water while the paint is still wet. If you let it dry, the stain forms a skin that is usually not removable. But remember there are many different paints and it is best to consult the paint manufacturer for advice specific to your paint.

Most stains vanish completely if you act fast and wash the garment normally, but some are more difficult to remove and require special attention.
